Computers and technology continue to develop at astonishing speed. As part of that development software designers are routinely including features to increase digital accessibility for all IT users, including those who have disabilities. The aim of this session is to give a brief overview of some of these integral features, raising awareness of how they might benefit both employees and OH professionals alike. The interactive session will be illustrated by some case studies, practical demonstrations, and signposting to additional resources. Stephanie Foster is an Occupational Health Adviser, PAM Group and has extensive experience in this area.
