She also delivers group coaching, peer supervision, and workshop sessions to build resilience, confidence, and leadership skills.

Partnering with OH teams and services, Mandy enhances organisational capability by embedding coaching cultures and practices that improve clinical and leadership impact, workforce wellbeing, and performance outcomes, helping people feel supported, prepared, and equipped for meaningful work and life.
