Launched on 25^th March 2026, the College of Work and Health is a charity working in partnership to provide clear competency standards, professional recognition and support best practice in work-and-health.

Created by the Faculty of Occupational Medicine (FOM) as a sister charity, the College builds on FOM’s extensive experience of training, assessing and developing doctors and extends that to support multi-disciplinary colleagues working across the sector.
