About the Neurodiversity Toolkit
This toolkit was created by Nina Parson, Chartered Occupational Psychologist (CPsychol, AFBPsS) https://www.linkedin.com/in/nina-parson/, and is designed for use by OH professionals when undertaking a management referral where an employee identifies as neurodiverse.
It is not a diagnostic tool but an aid to support the assessment and outcome of the assessment where neurodivergence is a factor.
