Course overview

The Wellbeing Lead Academy’s professional development programmes provide evidence-based knowledge, strategic capability and applied skills for those responsible for workplace wellbeing strategy.

Designed specifically for wellbeing leads, OH and HR professionals the courses address a critical gap: many professionals are responsible for wellbeing strategy without formal training, structure or recognised qualifications.

The pathway supports progression from foundational knowledge (Level 3), through to strategic leadership (Level 5), enabling professionals to lead wellbeing as a core business function, not a peripheral initiative.

The Level 5 Advanced Certificate focuses on developing strategic wellbeing leaders who can influence at organisational level and deliver measurable impact.
