Who We Are

Mandy is the owner of Crest Health Group Ltd, an OT-led occupational health and vocational rehabilitation company providing solution-focussed services and training programmes for employers, employees, insurers, solicitors and rehabilitation organisations.  She is also the Vice Chair for the Royal College of Occupational Therapists Specialist Section in Work (RCOTSS-Work).

For over 25 years in both Australia and the UK, Mandy has designed and conducted occupational health and vocational rehabilitation assessments, functional capacity evaluations, large ergonomic evaluations and designed and implemented graded functional rehabilitation programmes in various industries including oil and gas, mining, manufacturing and construction to office-based government departments, health and education facilities. She has designed and delivered occupational health, safety and ergonomics training for managers and employees.

Mandy has qualifications in ergonomics, is a qualified MODAPTS practitioner, NLP practitioner, Functional Capacity Evaluator and OT Driver Assessor and has professional leadership, clinical governance, medico-legal and case management expertise. She was the first occupational therapist to complete the pre-requisite training for the Diploma in Occupational Health Practice and is looking forward to entering the examinations in 2024.

As Director of Occupational Therapy, Mandy plans to increase the number of occupational therapists within the iOH, support their OH CPD opportunities as well as encourage shared learning between disciplines to heighten the understanding and appreciation of roles and increase knowledge and skills for all practitioners.
